DUCTILE IRON

In the first several decades when ductile iron were used in various industries, engineers had to take heat treatment as critical step in controlling mechanical performance of ductile iron castings.
Later on, by 1960's, with technical advancement, people can find plenty of ferrite merely via casting. Products produced by RECOMB has followed suit.
With good control on raw material and casting process, RECOMB ductile irons can easily conform to international standards listed below.
