Casting is basic of machine manufacturing, it is one of the widest method used today in acquiring raw parts.

By melting solid metal, people can pour metal liquid into desired mould cavity, thus get whatever shape they need for further processing.

It Is widely accepted that part produced via above mentioned process is called casting or raw casting.

We adopt the pig irons as the main casting material and put them into Electricity Medium Frequency with 500kgs melting and spheroid processing with some extent of nodulizer and inoculant. Our veterans make the moulds each day and cast very experienced. As cooled down, release the casting pieces and throw them into an impact cleaning machine and make the surface processing. As completed, we transfer the semi-finished casting pieces to our mechanical factory in refining and painting as well as package and transportation.
